Multiphase 2024 will be held at the Banff Park Lodge, which is a full-service resort hotel and conference centre, with additional accommodation in the nearby Bow View Lodge. Banff Park Lodge is nestled in the Town of Banff, just steps away from the Bow River.

Attendees are encouraged to reserve their rooms as early as possible as the hotel is fully booked either side of the conference. We have secured a number of bedrooms in the Banff Park Lodge, whilst the bedrooms at the Bow View Lodge are on first come first served basis.

These bedrooms will be available for booking until Monday 8th April 2024 on the MPNA booking domain on the Banff Park Lodge site. We encourage delegates to book early as the availability is very limited.
Delegate reservations require a valid credit card number or a cheque or money order for advance deposit made payable to Banff Park Lodge. Reservations and deposits must reach the hotel at least 30 days prior to arrival.

The room rates are net non-commissionable and quoted in Canadian dollars. Rates are subject to the 2% Tourism Improvement Fee (TIF), total, and then add the 4% Tourism Levy and 5 % Federal.
